Ok, I've dived into the source code, this mod is fully functional with the new patch. Keep in mind they modified warmonger so conquering a minor civ gives half the penalty, and the amount of hate gained is 50% in ancient era, going up a 10% each era until modern, keeping % in modern and later eras. NOTE: The mod is still fully functional with the new warmonger changes on the latest meaningful patch, you get a 40% reduction on top of the expected warmonger cuantity, taking into acount if the conquered played is a minor civ, and the era of the conquest. Warmonger penalty decay per turn is increased 40%. Denunciations, City Liberations and Capital Captures wheight 30% less in leader's oppinion. Be warned, this doesn't make the warmonger way diplomacy-free at all, still you will face big penalties if you raze without planing only makes warmongering penalties more manageable.
